In-House Corporate Paralegal — Hybrid/ Full Time

Our client is an innovative energy and infrastructure company in need of a trusted corporate and commercial paralegal to join the legal team and support it's huge growth trajectory. The company has a lot of positive press and buzz and needs a key player on the team.

What You’ll Do

The priority is using the company’s well developed AI platform to review, flag and ultimately execute critical commercial agreements including NDAs, equipment leases, vendor and customer agreements. Other corporate generalist legal functions and assisting with discovery requests and other day to day matters of a busy, well funded public company. The attorneys are highly collaborative, support creative problem solving and look to this valued function for key support.

Basic Requirements For The In-House Corporate Paralegal

• 3+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department with a transactional focus
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology and services agreements
• Solid performer who likes to learn, takes ownership and motivated to advance your career on the cutting edge of energy deals

Position Details Of The In-House Corporate Counsel

• Type of Role: In-House Corporate Paralegal
• Schedule: Full time for approximately 3-4 months with more long term potential
• Location: Austin, TX - hybrid, in office 2-3 days a week or more

Compensation

The base salary range The annualized pay for this position ranges from is $90,000–$120,000, with full benefits. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
