Healthbridge Staffing is seeking an experienced Corporate Traveler – MDS Coordinator (RN) to support skilled nursing centers across the Washington area. The role involves hands‑on MDS assessments, ensuring Medicare PDPM compliance, and mentoring MDS teams in a hybrid on-site/remote capacity.

The ideal candidate holds an active WA RN license, resides in Seattle area, and is willing to travel regionally as needed to support facilities during staffing transitions and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of MDS, Medicare guidelines, PDPM, reimbursement compliance, and care planning.
• Prior experience mentoring or training MDS nurses is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to facilities requiring assistance with MDS assessments and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Medicare requirements, PDPM, case‑mix, and billing accuracy.
• Mentor, train, and advise new or transitioning MDS Coordinators to strengthen facility teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement to assess needs and implement best practices.
• Perform work in a hybrid capacity — both remotely and on‑site as needed.
• Support centers during staffing transitions, audits, or high census periods.
• Participate in required overnight travel within the assigned region.

Healthbridge Staffing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Traveler – MDS Coordinator (RN) to support our skilled nursing centers across the Washington area. This role is ideal for a highly skilled MDS professional who is passionate about mentoring, troubleshooting, and providing hands-on clinical reimbursement support to facilities in need.

This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex reimbursement and compliance challenges, and takes pride in helping MDS teams succeed.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have)

• Must reside in the Seattle area or nearby

• Must hold an active Washington state RN license

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on support to facilities requiring assistance with MDS assessments and care planning
