Healthbridge Staffing is seeking an experienced Corporate Traveler - MDS Coordinator (RN) to support skilled nursing centers across Central Virginia. This role blends remote and on-site work, travel required, and a focus on reimbursement and compliance.

You will mentor MDS teams and provide hands-on reimbursement support. The ideal candidate holds an active Virginia RN license, has strong MDS and PDPM knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Richmond, Virginia or nearby.
• Active Virginia RN license.
• Experience with MDS, PDPM and reimbursement.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on MDS assessments and care planning support.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Medicare, PDPM, case-mix, and billing.
• Mentor and train new or transitioning MDS Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to assess needs and implement best practices.
• Work in hybrid capacity—remote and on-site as needed.
• Support centers during staffing transitions, audits, or high census.
• Participate in required overnight travel within the region.
