Healthbridge Staffing is seeking an experienced Corporate Traveler – MDS Coordinator (RN) to support skilled nursing centers across the Washington area. This role emphasizes hands-on MDS assessments, care planning, and reimbursement optimization in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will mentor MDS teams, ensure PDPM and Medicare compliance, and collaborate with the Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license required.
• Strong MDS, PDPM, Medicare guidelines knowledge.
• Experience mentoring or training MDS nurses preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to facilities requiring assistance with MDS assessments and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Medicare requirements, PDPM, case-mix, and billing accuracy.
• Mentor, train, and advise new or transitioning MDS Coordinators to strengthen facility teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement to assess needs and implement best practices.
• Perform work in a hybrid capacity — both remotely and on-site as needed.
• Support centers during staffing transitions, audits, or high census periods.
• Participate in required overnight travel within the assigned region.

Healthbridge Staffing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Traveler – MDS Coordinator (RN) to support our skilled nursing centers across the Washington area. This role is ideal for a highly skilled MDS professional who is passionate about mentoring, troubleshooting, and providing hands‑on clinical reimbursement support to facilities in need.

This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex reimbursement and compliance challenges, and takes pride in helping MDS teams succeed.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have)

• Must reside in the Seattle area or nearby

• Must hold an active Washington state RN license

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on support to facilities requiring assistance with MDS assessments and care planning

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Medicare requirements, PDPM, case‑mix, and billing accuracy

• Mentor, train, and advise new or transitioning MDS Coordinators to strengthen facility teams
