• Requires 2–5 years in hospitality, concierge, customer service or security roles.
• Experience in corporate security or protective services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executives, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Engagement & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, provide directions, and escort as needed.
• Access Control & Lobby Security: Monitor entry, manage badges, logs, and escorts; observe for risks.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Watch CCTV and lobby activity; identify unusual behavior and respond accordingly.
• Incident Response & De-escalation: Respond to disruptive behavior; de-escalate; coordinate with law enforcement or leadership as needed.
• Operational Support: Maintain visitor/incidents records; support safety checks and procedures.
