This role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, check-in procedures, and visitor logs with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate, hospitality, or concierge environments.
• Security experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance suitable for a corporate lobby.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid security license if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the facility.
• Deliver high-level customer service consistent with a corporate environment.

• Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and manage check-in procedures.
• Support corporate staff and executives with directions, assistance, and information.
