Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development or sales in corporate insurance.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of corporate insurance products (Property, Liability, Marine, D&O).
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate insurance.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
• Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements and risks.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals.
• Negotiate contracts to meet sales targets and close deals.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams for seamless service.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Provide market feedback to inform product strategy.
