Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field.
• 2–4 years HR administrative support experience.
• Strong MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Canva and Google Photos a plus.
• Paycom or ADP experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes Corporate HR communications.
• Coordinates and oversees the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP).
• Owns the company service milestone awards program and communicates milestones.
• Maintains onboarding materials and new hire packets.
• Provides backup support for HR functions and processes.
