Inter-Con Security is seeking a Corporate Security Supervisor in Pasadena to lead security officers, manage access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and reporting. The role requires strong writing and analytical skills, plus the ability to liaise with clients and vendors.

The successful candidate will work with a close-knit team, ensuring security operations meet client expectations and company standards. Valid driver’s license and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to produce reports.
• Experience handling security-related tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control related duties, including guest management and customer service.
• Issue access badges (temporary, vendor, guest).
• Monitor Reception Area via CCTV/Alarm monitoring.
• Assist facilities team members as needed.
