Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Manager - Corporate for Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough to grow corporate accounts and maximize hotel revenue.

You will identify new business, nurture relationships with travel managers and meeting planners, and guide proposals from inquiry to closure while collaborating with hotel operations and revenue management to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel sales or corporate sales experience.
• Experience with corporate accounts and group rooms.
• Experience with Delphi CRM or similar hotel sales systems.
• Knowledge of Marlborough metro market is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new corporate accounts and grow existing ones to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage group and catering business within the corporate market.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and group resumes for confirmed business.
• Represent the hotel at networking events and trade shows.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
