Job summary

KKR is seeking an AVP to support governance for its Insurance Business and Global Atlantic entities, based primarily in the United States and Bermuda. You will collaborate with Insurance Legal, Compliance, and the Global Governance team to ensure governance standards and regulatory requirements are met across entities.

You will manage board materials, resolutions, and document repositories, supporting fiduciary duties and governance integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of corporate governance or corporate secretary experience in financial services or asset management.
• Strong understanding of board governance, corporate formalities, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting multiple boards and committees simultaneously.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and convening of board and committee meetings for Global Atlantic entities.
• Draft agendas, manage board packs, and distribute materials to participants.
• Draft meeting minutes and serve as liaison to independent directors and executives.
• Maintain governance calendars and coordinate with global teams on governance standards.
• Oversee governance documents, filings, and related regulatory submissions.
