Job summary

KKR seeks a seasoned financial communications professional to join its Global Communications team with a primary focus on the firm’s insurance platform and broader credit-oriented businesses.

Reporting to senior communications leadership, this individual will own the communications strategy for one of the fastest-growing areas of the firm—spanning life, retirement, and reinsurance under the Global Atlantic brand—while also serving as a key contributor to corporate communications priorities

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial communications, with experience in insurance or credit markets
• Established relationships with financial media; capable of securing high-quality coverage
• Bachelor’s required; advanced degree in business, finance, or communications a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for the firm’s global insurance platform
• Advise senior investment and business leaders on messaging; translate insurance/credit dynamics for external audiences
• Lead media relations around transactions, earnings, and milestones; drive executive communications and thought leadership
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure messaging consistency across platforms and borders
• Monitor market dynamics to identify opportunities and inform positioning; support crisis communications as needed
