Qualifications

• Six+ years of in-house corporate governance and entity management experience.
• Experience supporting Boards of Directors and public-company governance processes.
• Proficiency with SEC, entity management, disclosure, and business productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Board/Committee activities, prepare materials, minutes, and consents.
• Coordinate board logistics, calendars, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Manage corporate records, director/officer actions, and governance documentation.
• Assist with SEC filings, EDGAR access controls, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and external advisors.
