The role focuses on major gifts of $100,000+, cultivating and stewarding donors to UMSOM and UMMC, with a campus-wide emphasis on residency and fellowship alumni engagement in Emergency Medicine. You will build scalable programs, manage a 75–100 donor portfolio, and collaborate with faculty, leadership, and volunteers to advance institutional priorities and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Experience managing major gift prospects.
• Knowledge of medical education, residency and fellowship programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal portfolio of major gift prospects and donors.
• Develop strategies for alumni residency and fellowship engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and alumni groups to drive fundraising.
• Set annual and multi-year goals and donor engagement plans.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
