Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Four (4) years of fundraising experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Internet navigation; GuideStar knowledge preferred.
• Experience interacting with business, non-profit foundations and corporate communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organization, and coordination of corporate and foundation fundraising across UMMS.
• Develop annual plan to increase corporate/foundation/government support and manage donor relations.
• Build relationships with funders, identify prospects, and ensure timely grant reporting.
• Lead a team of development officers, volunteers, and faculty in cultivation and stewardship.
