Job description

Executive Search Consultant, Legal and Compliance

LHH is assisting a Vault midsize firm in New York City on a corporate associate attorney search. The attorney will work on a broad array of matters including M&A, securities and corporate governance. Ideally you will have 5-8 years of experience, high yield debt experience is preferred.

Compensation is competitive with NY market and their billable hour target is 1800.
