Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology delivery and project management.
  • Hands-on software development background.
  • Experience leading delivery teams in Agile/hybrid environments.
  • Experience delivering enterprise applications and platform-based solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting HR, Legal, Audit, Risk, Compliance, or corporate functions.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled business solutions and automation.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Power Platform, or Cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across Corporate Functions.
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.
  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate efforts across business teams, technology partners, vendors, and engineering resources.
  • Drive design and implementation of Power Platform solutions and automation.
  • Define data and reporting requirements and enable analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee integrations across enterprise systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Databricks).
  • Ensure governance, security, and operational excellence; support production readiness.

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on technology leader to serve as a Corporate Functions Technical Project Manager , responsible for leading the successful delivery of modern business solutions across Human Resources, Legal, Audit, Risk, Compliance, and other Corporate Functions domains.This role combines technical project leadership, solution delivery management, and hands-on engineering experience to drive the implementation of business capabilities through a combination of custom development, low-code platforms, third-party SaaS solutions, and enterprise platforms . The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate whether a business need is best addressed through build, buy, configure, automate, or integrate strategies and can successfully lead delivery from concept through production.The successful candidate will possess a strong technical foundation with experience in application development, solution architecture, systems integration, data platforms, and automation technologies. Technical Project & Program DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across Corporate Functions.Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.Manage scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate efforts across business teams, technology partners, vendors, and engineering resources.Drive successful execution from requirements through deployment and post-production support.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.2. Solution Evaluation & Technology SelectionPartner with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.Assess and recommend the best solution approach, including:Custom application developmentCommercial SaaS solutionsPlatform-based solutionsProcess automationIntegrations and workflow orchestrationCreate technology recommendations supported by cost, risk, scalability, and operational considerations.Partner with architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.3. Power Platform & Business AutomationDrive solution delivery leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including:Power AppsPower AutomatePower BIDataverseIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.Lead design and implementation of workflow-driven business solutions.Ensure solutions are scalable, governed, secure, and maintainable.Support citizen development initiatives while maintaining enterprise controls.4. Application Development & Technical LeadershipProvide hands-on technical leadership for solution design and implementation.Participate in application development, integration design, troubleshooting, and technical reviews.Guide engineering teams on development standards, best practices, and delivery approaches.Collaborate with developers and architects to improve solution quality and maintainability.Support technical decision-making throughout project execution.5. Data & Analytics EnablementPartner with business teams to define data and reporting requirements.Drive initiatives involving:Power BIDatabricksEnterprise reporting platformsDashboard developmentData integration and transformationSupport the creation of operational and executive-level reporting capabilities.Enable data-driven decision making through modern analytics solutions.6.
