Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with Cyber Security Operations. The role sits in the Cyber Platforms and Engineering team within Global Cyber Security and focuses on delivering secure, scalable services.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, coordinate Data & AI workstreams, and manage milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology related discipline; cyber-related qualification preferred.
• 5+ years in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
• 3+ years Cyber Security domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST) required.
• Security certifications preferred (CISM/CISSP).
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira & MS Office Suite; tool stack incl. SIEM/EDR and data engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, managing cross-functional project milestones.
• Coordinate delivery of Data & AI workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Track technical decisions, assumptions and dependencies so they are visible, owned and progressed.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the day-to-day delivery interface between end users/stakeholders, technical leads, engineers and third-party vendors.
• Support sprint, release and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data and support teams.
• Support controlled change, adoption, documentation, handover and transition to a live service.
