Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• U.S. Passport valid.
• Valid first class medical certificate.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• FAA Commercial Pilot License with instrument rating or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours PIC turbine time.
• Recent instrument proficiency check within past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs flight duties as assigned by the Captain.
• Conducts takeoffs and landings under PIC authority and assumes control if PIC incapacitated.
• Verifies airworthiness; ensures required documents are onboard.
• Completes preflight inspections and post-flight duties; documents changes and maintenance needs.
• Ensures crew licenses, medicals, passports, visas valid for operations.
• Conducts passenger safety briefings and regulatory compliance.
• Complies with customs, immigration and international operating requirements.
• Maintains professional development to qualify as Aircraft Captain.
• Reviews weather, routes, fuel, weight and balance; uses checklists.
• Ensures aircraft cleanliness and passenger comfort; provides exceptional service.
• Participates in Safety or Hiring committees and drives continual improvement.
• Aircraft operated: Gulfstream G280, Embraer 145XR; may operate other aircraft as needed.
