Responsibilities include weight and balance, fuel planning, flight readiness, and participation in safety and hiring initiatives. Aircraft types include Gulfstream G280 and Embraer 145XR; relocation is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Thorough understanding of aircraft systems and operating limits
• Ability to assess weather, routes, and airport conditions for flight planning

• Proactive in safety and regulatory compliance
• Experience coordinating with Captain and crew for flight operations
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and company SOPs
• Knowledge of weight and balance, fuel calculations, and performance data

• Perform flight duties as directed by the Captain and assume PIC responsibilities when required
• Verify airworthiness and ensure documents are current before departure
• Complete preflight and post-flight duties and report discrepancies
• Review flight plans, weight and balance, fuel, and performance calculations
• Maintain passenger safety briefings and professional service standards
• Assist with safety/hiring committees and continuous improvement initiatives
• Operate aircraft types (Gulfstream G280, Embraer 145XR) as assigned
• Ensure compliance with international operating requirements and company policies
• Support flight department documentation and regulatory compliance
