GNR has been retained to identify a CORPORATE FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYST for a well-established MANUFACTURING organization located in the Phoenix, AZ area. This in-office role requires hands-on analysis across sites (> $200M) with high visibility to the Corporate Director of Finance.

You will build and present detailed financial models, drive consolidations, forecasting, and reporting improvements while ensuring profitable growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance / Accounting.
• Cost & Rate structures, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks.
• Ability to improve processes and implement tools to automate reporting & analysis.
• BS or MS in Finance or Business; US Citizenship required.

GNR has been retained to identify a CORPORATE FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYST for a well-established & growing MANUFACTURING organization located in the Phoenix, AZ area.

They need a “Hands-On” individual with a solid Accounting / Finance analysis background to capture & analyze financial data from multiple sites (approx. >$200M).

**You must have current or recent manufacturing cost analysis

As a vital finance partner to the Executive team, this role offers high visibility, reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Finance.

• You will drive financial consolidations, strategic forecasting, and improve reporting while creating detailed financial models.
• Collaborate and present findings to the Executive team and Division Finance leaders.
• Create robust financial models to safeguard profitability & ensure continued growth.
• Cost accounting, budgets, balance sheets, cash flow, capital expenditures and support audit requirements.

RESPONSIBILITES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of experience in MANUFACTURING FINANCE / ACCOUNTING
• Cost & Rate structures, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks
• Ability to improve processes and implement tools to improve/automate reporting & analysis.
• Solid communication skills; you’ll present your data & advise the Executive team on financial findings.
• BS or MS Degree in Finance or Business + US Citizenship

NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS: any Gov’t or DoD/Defense Finance (FAR/DFAR)
