Job summary

Global Network Recruiting, LLC is pursuing a confidential SITE CONTROLLER for a well‑established manufacturing organization in the Little Rock, AR region. The role is hands-on, leading the site’s financials (approx.

$100M) and guiding a small team with direct visibility to the GM. Required: 10+ years in manufacturing finance, strong GAAP knowledge (DFARS a plus), and experience in budgeting, cost structures, audits, treasury, and contracts support.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/MBA with 10+ years in manufacturing finance/accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; DFARS knowledge a plus.
• Experience forecasting budgets, cost and rate structures, audits, treasury, contracts support.

Responsibilities

• Own the site's financials (approx. $100M) and provide strategic and tactical financial insight.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team; identify and implement process improvements.
• Communicate financial findings to the Executive team; support proposals & contracts.

Job description

GNR has been retained to "confidentially" identify a SITE CONTROLLER for a well-established & growing MANUFACTURING organization in the Little Rock, AR region. We’re seeking an experienced "hands-on" finance leader to lead a solid team and own the financials for the site (approx. $100M). This role offers visibility and will involve both strategic and tactical initiatives - provide financial insight to support strategic & operational objectives, reporting directly to the GM.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: STRONG manufacturing FINANCE / ACCOUNTING experience is REQUIRED with GAAP (Defense FAR / DFARs is a PLUS) Forecast budgets, Cost & Rate structures, Audits, Treasury, Mitigate risks, Proposals & Contracts support Communicate & advise the Executive team on financial findings. Able to develop and mentor a small team and identify / implement improvements - processes or operationally BS / MS / MBA with over 10+ years of experience US Citizenship
