GNR has been retained to identify a CORPORATE FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYST for a well-established MANUFACTURING organization located in the Phoenix, AZ area. This in-office role requires hands-on analysis across sites (> $200M) with high visibility to the Corporate Director of Finance.

You will build and present detailed financial models, drive consolidations, forecasting, and reporting improvements while ensuring profitable growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance / Accounting.
• Cost & Rate structures, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks.
• Ability to improve processes and implement tools to automate reporting & analysis.
• BS or MS in Finance or Business; US Citizenship required.

• Drive financial consolidations, strategic forecasting, and improve reporting with detailed models.
• Collaborate and present findings to the Executive team and Division Finance leaders.
• Create robust financial models to safeguard profitability and growth.
• Cost accounting, budgets, balance sheets, cash flow, capex, and support audit requirements.
