Global Network Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Finance/Accounting Leader for a defense/military manufacturing organization in Melbourne, FL. You will report to the CFO, driving long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, budgeting, and modeling in a hands-on, on-site role.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing finance, GAAP knowledge, and US citizenship. Expect relocation sign-on and a competitive base salary with strong benefits in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Finance experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably Aerospace/Defense/Government with GAAP, DCAA, FMS, ITAR, FAR/DFARs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to Executive leadership, Board Members, and Internal Department leaders.
• Proficient with Excel and cost accounting analysis; collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain to forecast performance and improve processes.

GNR has been retained by an aggressively growing and well-positioned DEFENSE / MILITARY MANUFACTURING organization in the Melbourne, FL region. You will play a significant role in creating the strategies, budgeting/forecasting, and identifying cost savings, and ERP implementation. Due to rapid growth, we need an experienced and motivated self-starter FINANCE / ACCOUNTING LEADER for this fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with and reporting directly to the CFO, this is a “hands-on & on-site” position wherein you will drive long-range roadmap & quarterly forecasting, financial planning & modeling, and business analysis & operational performance.

EXPERIENCE & RESPSONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 7 years of Finance experience within a MANUFACTURING environment -- high preference to those with Aerospace / Defense / Government with GAAP, DCAA, FMS, ITAR, FAR/DFARs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with & present findings to Executive leadership, Board Members, and Internal Department leaders.
• Proficient with Excel & Cost Accounting analysis and Cost of Goods Sold, collaborate with all internal departments (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain etc.) to analyze and forecast performance, identify and implement process & procedure improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance field
• US Citizenship required
