GNR has been retained to identify a Corporate Financial Planning & Analyst for a well-established manufacturing organization in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will analyze financial data from multiple sites (> $200M) and own cost accounting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

As a finance partner to the Executive team, you will build robust models, drive consolidations, and present findings to division leaders.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance/accounting.
• Cost and rate structures, forecasting budgets, audits.
• BS or MS Degree in Finance or Business; US Citizenship.

GNR has been retained to identify a CORPORATE FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYST for a well-established & growing MANUFACTURING organization located in the Phoenix, AZ area. They need a “Hands-On” individual with a solid Accounting / Finance analysis background to capture & analyze financial data from multiple sites (approx. >$200M). You must have current or recent manufacturing cost analysis As a vital finance partner to the Executive team, this role offers high visibility, reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Finance. You will drive financial consolidations, strategic forecasting, and improve reporting while creating detailed financial models. Collaborate and present findings to the Executive team and Division Finance leaders. Create robust financial models to safeguard profitability & ensure continued growth. Cost accounting, budgets, balance sheets, cash flow, capital expenditures and support audit requirements.

RESPONSIBILITES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5+ years of experience in MANUFACTURING FINANCE / ACCOUNTING Cost & Rate structures, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks Ability to improve processes and implement tools to improve/automate reporting & analysis. Solid communication skills; you’ll present your data & advise the Executive team on financial findings. BS or MS Degree in Finance or Business + US Citizenship

NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS: any Gov’t or DoD/Defense Finance (FAR/DFAR)
