Responsibilities

• Advise companies, boards, and executives on compensation matters during corporate events.
• Collaborate with Employment Law Group on employment issues.
• Design and implement compensation arrangements considering governance, tax, and regulatory factors.
• Provide day-to-day advisory services on compensation and employment matters.
