Qualifications

• JD required or equivalent law degree.
• Experience advising on compensation and benefits in corporate transactions.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• State Bar membership in the state where you will be located.

• Collaborate with client teams to provide seamless counsel.
