Job summary

Responsibilities

• Solicit new corporate accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Meet and greet clients, conduct property tours and promote facilities and services.
• Develop client menus, write contracts and arrange event details.
• Supervise event setup and coordinate with departments to service accounts.
• Prepare and present weekly sales reports.
• Attend catering and department head meetings as required.
• Represent the property at community, social and business events.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.
