Job summary

The Marcus Corporation seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple properties, including restaurants, banquets, and catering. This hands-on leader will champion culinary excellence, financial discipline, and staff development from our Milwaukee-based corporate offices with regular travel to properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Executive Chef or similar role.
• Proven multi-unit leadership in hotel/resort or upscale concepts.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary teams across restaurants, banquets, and catering.
• Develop and implement innovative menus to drive sales and profit.
• Set standards for quality, cost control, and sanitation."
• Collaborate with corporate and property F&B teams for menu development.
