Job summary

Jabil seeks an experienced Corporate EHS Auditor to act as SME and drive governance and compliance across global sites. You will join the Corporate Audit Team to advance lean processes and support assessments against ISO standards and local regulations.

The role requires a strong background in EHS management systems, lead auditing, and the ability to train and mentor auditors globally. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape compliance strategies and share best practices across sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in related field.
  • ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM desirable.
  • 6-8 years of EHS experience, preferably in global manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated EHS auditing experience including lead auditor roles.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS Management Systems and auditing practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of multinational environmental, health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Corporate EHS Auditor and SME to support governance and compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in Corporate Audit Team to develop lean processes for EHS assessments.
  • Support EHS Assessment Program evaluating site performance against standards and regulations.
  • Maintain EHS documentation for ISO 14001/45001 and corporate standards.
  • Facilitate cross-site sharing of best practices and operational excellence.
  • Develop and deliver training for EHS professionals, including auditor qualification.
  • Support regulatory forecasting and evaluation for Jabil sites globally.
  • Collaborate with Global EHS Leadership to communicate trends and compliance strategies.
  • Understand Corporate EHS information systems and tools and their requirements.
  • Maintain familiarity with Corporate EHS standards and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

  • Serve as a Corporate EHS Auditor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) as requested to support internal governance and compliance initiatives.
  • Participate as an active member of the Corporate Audit Team, helping develop and optimize lean processes for Jabil Corporate EHS Assessments.
  • Support the Corporate EHS Assessment Program, which evaluates site performance against corporate standards and local regulatory requirements while creating a roadmap for continual maturity improvement.
  • Maintain EHS management system documentation related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, corporate standards, and other applicable governance frameworks.
  • Facilitate cross-site and cross-regional sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training and capability-building programs for EHS professionals, including auditor qualification and development programs.
  • Support the EHS regulatory forecasting and evaluation process for Jabil sites globally.
  • Partner closely with the Global EHS Leadership Team to communicate regulatory trends, assess business impacts, and support compliance strategies.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Corporate EHS information systems and tools, including their functionality, requirements, and application.
  • Maintain familiarity with all Corporate EHS technical standards, procedures, and supporting documentation.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field required.
  • ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), preferably within a global or multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated EHS auditing experience, including serving as a Lead Auditor, conducting audits, leading auditors, or participating in comprehensive auditing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS Management Systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation, management, and auditing practices.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage employees at all organizational levels, including executives, managers, and individual contributors.
  • Advanced knowledge of environmental, occupational health, safety, and technical compliance requirements within a multinational manufacturing environment.
