Levy Restaurants is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage a team of associates, lead client relations, and ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.

Responsibilities include operating the cafeteria within budget, maintaining quality standards, and building strong relationships with employees, guests, and the client. Preferred candidates have 2–4 years in fine dining management and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; wine pairings experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate the corporate cafeteria within the approved budget and provide value for dollars spent
• Ensure the food offered is of superior quality for clients, customers, and employees
• Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and the client, collaborating with other departments
