Qualifications

  • Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech market.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights using large data sets in Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Corporate Development Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a leader within Corporate Development, you will drive highimpact business diligence and companywide strategic initiatives. You willpartnerwith Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business case development.Leveraging deep market insight, and analytical rigor, you will developprioritized M&A sourcing pipeline. For M&A activities, you will partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationaleand help market leaders build the business case for each transaction. You will builddetailed waterfall modelsand financialforecaststoevaluate M&A opportunities. You’llwork with market and functional leaders to translate businesscaseand value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end-to-end M&A process.You’llbe responsible forleading and mentoring junior team membersacross the M&A lifecycle. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You’ll Work On:

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development
  • Experience structuring complex problemsanddelivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience building complex financial models, including financial waterfalls and forecasts, scenario analyses, ROI frameworks, and valuation assessments to support executive decision-making
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech market
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, including using large data sets in Excel such as pivot tables
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
