Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Corporate Development Specialist to drive high-impact diligence and strategic initiatives. You will partner with market leaders to lead M&A sourcing and build the business case for each transaction.

You will develop prioritized M&A sourcing pipelines, translate value drivers into integration planning, and mentor junior team members across the lifecycle. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Experience structuring complex problems and delivering insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience building complex financial models, including waterfalls, forecasts, scenario analyses, ROI, and valuation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech market.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights using large Excel data sets (pivot tables).
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
