Work closely with the company’s technology accelerator and corporate venture teams. Assist with evaluating the broader corporate financial and market strategy of Booz Allen across our sectors. Leverage knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and different business models such as services and software, to inform the development of dynamic financial statement modeling and financial metrics. Assess strategic financial alternatives through merger consequences analyses, including accretion and dilution, leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, sum-of-parts, public trading comparables, precedent transactions, and IRR or ROI returns modeling. Execute M&A and other inorganic investment and transaction processes in coordination with senior corporate and market leaders. Comprehend the defense or government ecosystem, major commercial technology trends and players, and the operational, legal, and financial structures of complex business collaborations. Use dual-use technologies, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector negotiation. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
