Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Corporate Development Senior Manager to lead business diligence and strategic initiatives. You will partner with leaders to drive M&A sourcing and develop financial models for assessments.
The role requires 10+ years of experience in corporate development or investment banking. A Bachelor's degree is essential. The work mode may be hybrid, with the possibility of being onsite as necessary.
As a leader within Corporate Development, you will drive high‑impact business diligence and companywide strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business case development. Leveraging deep market insight and analytical rigor, you will develop a prioritized M&A sourcing pipeline. For M&A activities, you will partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationale and help market leaders build the business case for each transaction.
You will build detailed waterfall models and financial forecasts to evaluate M&A opportunities. You’ll work with market and functional leaders to translate business case and value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end‑to‑end M&A process. You’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring junior team members across the M&A lifecycle.
Responsibilities include leading development of business case for acquisitions and equity investments; conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks; partnering with business leaders to define strategic objectives, key assumptions, implementation plans, and success metrics; developing executive‑level presentations and recommendations for leadership reviews, board meetings, and investment committees; evaluating M&A opportunities, leading business and commercial due diligence; establishing standardized frameworks and methodologies for business case development.

Salary range: $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 annualized USD. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
