Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Corporate Development Specialist to drive high-impact due diligence and strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing, develop business cases, and create detailed models and integration plans. Due to facility, U.S.

citizenship is required. You will lead and mentor junior team members across the M&A lifecycle, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and investment outcomes.

You Have:

• Experience building complex finan cia l models, including finan cia l waterfalls and forecasts, scenario analyses, ROI frameworks, and valuation assessments to support executive decision-making
• Experience with Micro sof t Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations
• Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Tech market
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, including using large data sets in Excel such as pivot tables
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams
