Job Title: Corporate Development Manager - M&A
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager - M&A to join our team and play a hands-on role in identifying, evaluating, executing, and integrating acquisitions.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced M&A professional who has worked on transactions in the U.S. market and has experience with IT Services, Technology Services, Digital Engineering, Professional Services, or related businesses.
The role will work closely with senior leadership, acquisition targets, internal stakeholders, and external advisors and will have significant exposure to the full M&A lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support M&A strategy, target identification, market research, and pipeline development.
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities and develop strategic and value-creation hypotheses.
- Lead and coordinate financial, commercial, operational, HR, technology, and other due diligence workstreams.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases for potential acquisitions.
- Analyze financial performance, revenue, margins, client concentration, workforce economics, and key business drivers.
- Identify transaction risks, opportunities, and required mitigation actions.
- Coordinate internal teams and external advisors throughout the transaction process.
- Support transaction negotiations, execution, and closing activities.
- Develop and track post-acquisition integration plans and key milestones.
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for senior executives and the Board.
- Support other strategic and corporate development initiatives as required.
Must Have Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Development.
- Proven experience executing multiple completed M&A transactions.
- Strong experience across due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
- M&A experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in IT Services, Technology Services, Digital Engineering, Professional Services, or a similar business strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and making data-driven recommendations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as both an individual contributor and team leader.
- MBA from a reputed school and CFA/CPA preferred.
- Willingness to travel to meet acquisition targets, advisors, and key stakeholders.
