Base pay range

Investment Banking and Corporate Development Recruitment Consultant

Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Performing analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in the Dental, Physician, and broader Healthcare sector.
• Supporting senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
• Leading deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.

Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:

• 5-6+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development.
