Company Summary

We are currently partnered with a global leader in the food space looking to add a Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager to their growing team. This Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager will have the opportunity to join a lean team gaining buy-side M&A reps and experience working with senior executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and ratings agencies.
  • Support quarterly earnings process such as developing investor materials, earning scripts, press releases, and Q&A prep for executive leadership.
  • Maintain and update investor presentations, fact sheets, and investor relations sections of the website.
  • Monitor shareholder activity, analyze coverage, and market trends to provide insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, and conference participation.
  • Communicate our client’s ESG efforts, sustainability initiatives, and long-term strategy effectively to the investment community.
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with our client’s strategic growth plan.
  • Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
  • Build business cases and deal presentations for executive team and board review.
  • Support integration efforts for completed transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Americas and Europe to assess market expansion or diversification opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of global growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5‑8 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance.
  • Experience in publicly traded companies (especially in the food, agriculture, consumer products, or logistics sectors) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and geographies (including South and Central America).
