Job summary

Voyfai GmbH is seeking a Corporate Development professional to own the full M&A deal cycle in the Americas and help shape our growing US presence. You will travel up to 40-50% across North America, build financial models, and prepare investment memoranda to drive sourcing, diligence, and negotiations.

The role is based in the United States with the opportunity to significantly impact strategy and equity opportunities as the company expands in the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate development or M&A is required.
• Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and negotiations.
