Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Corporate Development Manager for a remote role based in the United States. The position focuses on evaluating and executing M&A and strategic investments to shape long-term growth, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will build relationships across the startup and investment ecosystem while translating market intelligence and financial analysis into strategic recommendations, contributing to team process improvements and colleague development.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end.
• BA/BS degree with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support the evaluation and execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities that shape long-term growth. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to turn market intelligence, financial analysis, and competitive insights into clear strategic recommendations. The position also offers the chance to build relationships across the startup and investment ecosystem while helping strengthen team processes and develop colleagues.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $193,970 – $228,200 annually
