Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a similar field, with hands‑on experience supporting live M&A transactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies, including business case development, comparable‑company or multiples‑based approaches, and discounted cash flow analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze complex financial information, identify key insights, and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities
