Job summary

Candidates must hold a JD, have at least five years of legal experience, preferably in-house, and be licensed to practice in the United States.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and licensed to practice law in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience; in-house counsel preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on compliance with long-term water and wastewater contracts.
• Draft and negotiate agreements to protect the company's interests.
• Identify and evaluate risk factors in business decisions.
• Provide legal language clarification to all departments.
• Stay updated on new legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with management, project management, and finance teams.
• Support municipal clients' environmental and sustainability initiatives.
