Veolia seeks a Corporate Counsel to support the Municipal Water Contract Operations unit in Paramus, NJ. This role will negotiate and administer long-term water and wastewater contracts, advise senior management, and draft agreements to protect the company’s interests.

Ideal candidates have a JD and at least 5 years of legal practice, with in-house experience preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule with travel as needed and collaboration across multiple functions.

Qualifications
