Qualifications

• JD required to practice law in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice.
• In-house counsel experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risk factors for business decisions and operations.
• Draft and negotiate agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide guidance on complex regulatory and compliance issues across contracts and matters.
• Collaborate with senior management, project management, and finance/tax teams to advance business interests.
