Job summary

Seven Seas Water Group seeks an experienced attorney to support its AUC Group and nationwide operations in Texas and beyond. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts, including design-build, BOO/BOOT, and Water-as-a-Service agreements, while partnering with business, operations, and procurement to structure practical solutions.

The role requires 6–9 years of contracting experience, excellent communication, and the ability to handle regulatory, governance, and compliance

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas or compliant with Texas in-house rules.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial water and wastewater agreements (BOO/BOOT, EPC, design-build, O&M).
• Supporting procurement, bid responses, and confidentiality/pre-bid work.
• Providing regulatory and permitting support for drinking water and wastewater operations.
• Managing disputes with outside counsel in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Supporting governance, NDAs, personnel matters, and compliance.
