Job summary

Curana Health is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in Ashburn, VA. The role focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, vendor/IT contracting, and HIPAA/privacy matters.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate agreements, monitor legislation, and support the Chief Privacy Officer and Associate General Counsel. A law degree from an ABA-accredited school and 2–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate, healthcare, or privacy law.
• Bar admission in good standing in at least one state.
