Job summary

LHH is recruiting an Assistant General Counsel for a technology-enabled healthcare services company based in Ashburn, Virginia. You will partner with executive leadership to shape legal strategy, manage complex commercial transactions, and navigate regulatory and privacy issues including HIPAA.

The successful candidate will draft sophisticated commercial agreements, manage disputes, and support corporate governance and strategic business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 15 years of legal experience, with significant in-house experience.
• Preference for healthcare, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management backgrounds.
