Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. The role welcomes experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, research questions, work with management, maintain records, and handle routine contract issues. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
