Job summary

Equilend in New York is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its global operations. You will be the dedicated legal partner for complex financial SaaS/data contract drafting and negotiations, advising Sales, Product, Finance and other internal groups.

You will report to the Assistant General Counsel and help manage IP, information security, and data privacy while collaborating in a fast-paced, global environment with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in software/SaaS/data/tech subscription agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex financial SaaS/data technology sales contracts.
• Serve as strategic partner to Sales to support all aspects of the sales effort.
• Address legal considerations for emerging technologies, including Gen AI and data innovations.
